What time will the Gala start?
6pm - Silent Auction, Raffle Baskets, Passed Hors d'oeuvres, Cocktail Hour
7pm - Dinner, Cocktails, Live Auction, Dancing
What will be served for Dinner?
Stationary and Passed Hors d'oeuvres will be available during cocktail hour. Each Ticket includes TWO (2) complimentary drink tickets that can be used at the bar anytime during the evening. Dinner consists of a Three Course Plated Meal: Salad, Entree and Dessert
Who will I sit with?
You can choose! Just enter the last names of the individuals you'd like to sit within the GROUP name during checkout. New to the gala or not sure who to sit with? No worries. We will find the PERFECT table for you!
What should I wear?
We'd suggest cocktail attire
What types of prizes will be available?
The gala consists of Raffles, Exclusive IN PERSON only prizes, Silent Auction, School Experiences, and Live Auction. There is something for everyone. Our catalog will be published as we get closer to the date. Keep an eye on the SJS Parent Group Facebook Page for some prize sneak peeks.
What is the 50/50 Raffle and how do I purchase a number?
The 50/50 raffle is an opportunity to win $5000 the night of the gala. Each number costs $100. Only 100 numbers are sold. For more info or to purchase a number, please contact Kat Belanger - kathrynbelanger@gmail.com
The gala is being held at a hotel. Do people stay the night?
This is entirely up to you but many stay the night. Reservations can be made directly through the Marriott if you plan to stay. Many guests also opt to UBER or car pool to the gala.
Can I bring a guest that is not associated with SJS?

Are children allowed to attend the event?
This is an adult only event. All guests must be over the age of 21.
