Our students love to play and explore outside. This is essential to their academic, social, and spiritual development. Over the past two years, we have slowly begun improvements to our outdoor student play areas.
What We Have
We have added a climber, portable basketball nets, and a shed to the playground.
We have created a Nature Center.
We have purchased picnic tables.
We are blessed that Student Council, Grade 8, and bereavement donations funded this work.
What We Need
We want to continue to enhance our outdoor play spaces.
•We need new wood chips and an additional play structure for the playground.
•We need more hands-on materials for our Nature Center.
•We need a portable basketball net for the blacktop.
•We need to spruce up our driveway trees.
•We would like to add a walking Stations of the Cross.
•We would also like to explore what else we can do with our land, including the rocky area across from the PREK doors.
